M4 Dynamic, LLC operates M4 Iskra, a proprietary enterprise resource planning platform for internal business operations and authorized users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

This policy applies to M4 Iskra at app.m4dynamic.com, including our QuickBooks Online integration. M4 Iskra is a private, invitation-only platform used exclusively by M4 Dynamic employees, contractors, and authorized business partners.

• Account information: Name, email address, and role for authenticated users
• Business data: Customer records, vendor records, purchase orders, invoices, inventory, formulas, and production information
• QuickBooks data: When connected, we access accounting data solely to synchronize with M4 Iskra operations data
• Usage data: Log data and session information for security and performance

3. How We Use Information

• Operate and provide M4 Iskra to authorized users
• Synchronize manufacturing operations data with QuickBooks Online
• Maintain accurate inventory, production, procurement, and financial records
• Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. QuickBooks Integration

• We access QuickBooks data only as necessary to perform synchronization
• OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored securely server-side and never exposed to the browser
• Data flows from M4 Iskra to QuickBooks only
• You may disconnect the integration at any time from QB Settings in M4 Iskra
• We comply with Intuit's data handling requirements and platform policies

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement HTTPS encryption, row-level security, OAuth 2.0 for integrations, and access controls limiting data to authorized users only.

6. Data Retention

We retain business operations data as long as necessary to operate M4 Dynamic's business and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of personal account information by contacting us below.

7. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google — authentication, Drive storage, Gmail integration
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — accounting synchronization
• Anthropic — AI-powered features including email data extraction
• GitHub Pages — platform hosting

8. Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data stored in the platform
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your account and personal information
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time

9. Children's Privacy

M4 Iskra is a business platform not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
